Our History

Phoenix Management Consultants was founded on the beliefs and strength that "Clients Come First".  Founded in November 2007, Steve and Christina Mammen ventured out with their own vision to provide innovative technology without losing the perspective of personalized services to Common Interest Developments. 

Each with 17+ years of experience in this industry, the sole vision of this firm was to bring new meaning to management of Homeowners Association's to the 21st century.   We found the need to connect the community members and the Association together through web-site access to better communications/involvement.  Further, we found a lack of emphasis to the importance of quality customer service to each and every member to help promote the health/well-being of the community.

It is our Company's goal to provide an established/qualified staff to assist each and every client.  It is OUR responsibility to serve as a good steward to look after the Community as a whole as well as each member's investment.
