Our Team

We emphasize that our firm functions as a "Team" and if you break it down we are more of a "machine" if you will.  If your car's engine does not function properly, then the engine does not run.  Simply put, all departments of our firm must work together to provide a quality product to you as our Client:

Christina Mammen (CEO - Association Consultant) - Christina Mammen has been involved within the CID industry for over eighteen (18) years.  Mrs. Mammen has worked as a manager for most of her career and focused on the "hands-on" ideals that this company represents.

Mrs. Mammen has represented many Associations in her carreer to focus the needs and, more importantly, the results of positive relationships that is lacking in this Industry.  Her main focus is to better Communities in a productive and positive manner to excel to the "optimum" level....without losing the sense of personal interaction with her Communities.

Steven Mammen (President - Association Consultant) - Steven Mammen has been involved within the CID industry for over seventeen (17) years.  Mr. Mammen has successfully managed developments with a relationship that spans 10 years.  It is his common goal to build the best relationship with his Clients to provide a "hands-on" approach that we feel is lacking in this industry.  With this personal approach, Mr. Mammen feels that this firm can better interact and communicate with members involved in living within an Association.

When starting this Company, the emphasis was on the care and commitment toward each and every client we have under our guidence.  With this said, it is Mr. Mammen's drive to provide quality customer service and overall satisfaction to members.

This ideal is transcended to each Association Consultant as company policy in efforts to better your Community function with skilled and responsive interaction with your designated Consultant.

David Mammen (Operations Manager/IT Support) - David Mammen joined our firm back in October of 2009 and has provided much guidance in respect to firming up the day to day operations to ensure that matters are handled promptly and effectively.  We have valued his guidance and support in his role to ensure that members are receiving the newsletters/billing statements on time as well as responses to the web-site inquiries that come into the office.  We value his expertise in working with our computer systems and interface with our software provider and other technologicly related firms to "stream-line" processes to better the member's "experience" with the overall function.  With his years of experience of overseeing an office staff as well as implementing ideals of cost comparisons to better save funds on the Association's part, we welcome him to the Team to such efforts.

Mary Wright (Customer Service Manager) - Mary Wright has been with our firm since April of this year.  With over 10+ years of overseeing a customer service department in another manufacturing firm, we quickly found that she carries the same ideals to quality care towards our clients by assisting in the day to day operations of each Association or handling pressing issues needed to be addressed right away.  Mrs. Wright has exemplified our goal in assisting our clients with such superior service.

Heading up this dedicated Customer Service Department is also critical in respect to when vendors state they complete tasks once a work order from our office has been placed.  It is her job to communicate such so that the property manager can confirm and close out work orders to know that the project has been completed.   This position's focus is primarily about "checks and balances" so that each client knows what services have been completed per scope of the work. Further, Mrs. Wright is responsible for following up with vendors to ensure completion of a project and, more importantly, with members to inquire that all matters are met to their satisfaction. This is what I believe is lacking in this Industry by treating members with respect and asking their opinions on matters. By saying this...Mrs. Wright's position service it's important that sets us apart from the competition to the consistency to the "follow-through" with matters so that they are completed in a satisfactory fashion for the individual member requesting assistance. We welcome Mrs. Wright to the Phoenix Team to better our overall function.

Deborah Mammen (Collections Supervisor)- Deborah Mammen has been involved with the CID Industry for over six (6) years. Ms. Mammen has shown that she is an important part of this firm. She has prior experience as a Collections Representative from another recognized computer manufacturing firm. Ms. Mammen is responsible for the interaction and accounting of back owed assessments/small claims actions with members within Your Community.

Her strength in this firm is with the dedicated Collections Department that she oversees to ensure that the Association is on top of all collections matters "in house" and what has been delegated to the necessary legal firms. Our Company is proud to state that we have collected more that $270,000.00 in our collection efforts to date with our Clients given this tough economic environment.

Given that this is just a "glimpse" of our full Team, we want to thank all of those who help make this venture successful.
